Hi, I’m Kynlee, the owner of a LASHES, etc. I am dedicated to helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and effortlessly put together. I specialize in eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow laminations and tints, and lash clusters. Whether you’re wanting a soft everyday look or something more bold and glamorous, my goal is to provide high-quality services in a relaxing and welcoming space where every client leaves feeling their best.
CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING Delivering the best service to you is my priority, and that’s why i have a cancellation policy in place that i kindly ask for your cooperation. To secure your booking appointment, a deposit fee of $20 is required, which will be deducted from your session charges. CANCELLATION If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice your deposit fee will be non-refundable and you will be charged %25 of the service booked. LATE ARRIVAL We’ve set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you’re more 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for your next appointment. NO-SHOW You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. You will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS I will allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation for no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client’s situation.
